Nov. 22 2011 Meeting

Tonight we discussed the photo contest and finalized dates. The entry form was revised, and it will be released as soon as the revisions are made. The contest will exhibition will be April 21 and 22nd. More details will come when the entry form is ready. There were 5 in attendance. Our VP, Bob Moffit, showed pictures from his trip to Watkins Glenn. A state park in New York, found on the southern edge of the finger lakes. He had digital to show as well as black & white prints he made in his dark room. Neil Moles talked about his recent find of a Minolta 110 SLR film camera at a local flea market. Another member also mentioned that for those senior folks that want to continue education, Akron U offers free education for those 60 years and older. A reminder was noted about the Christmas dinner at Chicken Manor on the next meeting date. An email will be sent out to members and it was requested to respond to the email to get a head count, so a firm number can be reserved for dinner.
