We will be having the annual weenie roast on Sept. 10th. Further details will be provided when the date gets closer. As usual bring you should bring a covered dish. Tableware will be provided.

A treasury report was provided by Gary. Then we discussed about the possibility of purchasing a new projector.

It is decided that we will put on our Photo Contest this year. The contest will be held in Oct. Photo collection will be on the 10th and 11th. Judging will be on the 14th. Exhibit will be on the 17th and 18th. Critique night will be decided later.

There is a multimedia art contest at the Massillon Art Museum. The contest has 3 judges and entries will be $10. Artists can entire an assortment of media such as quilts, paintings, photos, drawings, and sculpture etc.

We open the floor to photos around 7PM.
